Today, between 2 and 6pm Charline Tyberghein's exhibition 'Born to Be Mild' opens at Gallery Sofie Van De Velde at Nieuw Zuid in Antwerp. The exhibition runs until October 13th.

I have just finished reading Heidi Diehl's debut 'Life Lines'. Heidi use to play in Wooden Wand & The Vanishing Voice in the past, and also played solo as Nautilus. We have not really stayed in contact but i clearly remember that when she played a radiosession in Antwerp, she wanted me to leave the studio while she played, which is something not that spectacular or weird, she was just feeling more confortable without "just me" staring at her while she was playing in a tiny radio studio. It was funny to be broadcasting something while in a different room, not knowing what was happening there. This book follows the life lifes of various caracters in a family. There's plenty of hilarious music links that i believe are still readable for somone that does not care about "weird music". Generally that's not what the book is a about. This is absolutely not a book review, just get it, it does not happen that much that some underground noise artist happens to write a great novel too!
