Het weer is weer eens insane.

Is there anything better than listening to records? Yes there is, but there's more than enough information on that elsewhere on your inner webster!
These fantastic publications tickled our special place:

Will Guthrie : Nist Nah, LP (Black Truffle)
(Wopsalaat, This Ozzy's records get better every minute! These 'Works for gamelan, drums and percussion' are stunning, resonating with gloom, dedication and repetitiviteit! First release of the year i have noticed the year 2020 on too!)

Anadol ‎:  Uzun Havalar, LP (Pingipung - Kinship)
(Originally a cassette, and quite happy it didn't sink away in the endless piles of rapidly sold out tape blurr and got a decent reissue! This is a mind bender, Anadol is the moniker of Turkish born Gözen Atila, residing in Berlin. If my ears could speak they'de certainly yell about how this sounds like a perfect blend of Jac Berrocal, Miaux and early Felix Kubin melting in the Turkish sun, there's 5am style mango exotica jazz, French yap yaps over demented slowed down tango keyboard work outs, and there's tears in heaven!)

Orgue Agnès ‎: A Une Gorge (Three:Four Records, Standard In-Fi, L'Amour Aux 1000 Parfums)
(After a first listen i thought this was a psycehdelic African no wave band, though it seems to be El G with two members of the French band Kaumwald. I have yet to come by a record that stinks on the Standard In-Fi label!)

Sir Richard Bishop & Ed Yazijian, LP + 7" (Saraswati Series / Unrock)
(Happy to see the grand stoner, story teller and general psyche enthousiast Ed Yazijian, who played De Nor last summer, here together with guitar hero Sir Richard Bishop who would not even dissapoint if he'de playing a vuvuzela)
